What To Send: Artwork That's Ready
The orders that move fastest are the ones that arrive with a proper logo file. It is the single thing that separates a brief we can mock up the same day from one that stalls before it starts, so it is worth knowing before you write to us.
- Ideal: vector. An SVG, AI or vector PDF. It scales to any placement without going soft, and embroidery, patch and sublimation files come off it cleanly.
- Workable: a JPG or PNG. We redraw it as vector first. It still gets made, it simply adds a step before you see your mockup.
- Not a file yet? If the logo is still an idea, say so at the start. That is design work, and it comes before production rather than alongside it.
Send the highest quality version you hold, even if you are not sure what it is. We would rather look at it and tell you than have you guess.

We manufacture the products; you sell them under your own brand. Your logos, patches, labels, colours and packaging go on gis, rashguards, shorts and belts made in our own factory: no middleman, factory-direct pricing.
Yes. Gis, no-gi rashguards, shorts, spats and belts all come from one partner, with one point of contact, one consistent quality standard and simpler sourcing.
For committed brands, we reserve dedicated production capacity to guarantee uninterrupted supply. It's designed for partners placing USD 100k+ per year, with a minimum order of 500 pieces/sets and an annual forecast so we can hold capacity for you.
For private label brands our minimum is 200 pieces or more, counted across your whole order rather than per size, so you can mix sizes and colours freely within it. We do not produce single pieces. Before a first order you can buy a pre-production sample, paid for and quoted per item, 100% in advance, plus shipping. Message us on WhatsApp for exact pricing.
