Fair Payment Terms
50% to Start, 50% When It's Ready
For new clients, our terms are balanced both ways: 50% to begin production, and the remaining 50% once your order is finished and you've seen the packing photos or video. Your money and your goods move together, the way a fair partnership should work.

Questions Brands Ask Before Switching
Yes. Send us your current spec or a sample and we will match it, or tell you honestly where we can build it better. Weave, weight, cut, collar, stitching and labelling are all reproduced to your standard, confirmed with a paid pre-production sample before any bulk run.
For brands and private label our minimum is 200 pieces or more, counted across your whole order rather than per size, with at least 10 pieces of each size and colour within it. For brands that want reserved capacity, the Brand Partner Program starts at 500 pieces or sets with an annual forecast.
A typical production run takes 4 to 8 weeks, with a 15-working-day rush service on prior approval for time-critical orders. Brand Partner Program members go further: we reserve dedicated production capacity against your annual forecast, so your supply continues even in peak season.
Yes. One brand per design: we never resell or re-use your custom work, and your gi will not appear under another label. An NDA is available on request for your patterns, artwork and colourways.
Yes. We are a registered EU exporter and we handle export documents and freight to Europe, the UK and the US, so your orders arrive with the paperwork done.
