Kids' BJJ Gis
Light 350 GSM pearl jackets with 230 GSM twill pants: tough for daily training, light enough for young grapplers.
Home / BJJ Gis
We manufacture Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gis to your brand: every weave, every cut, made in our own factory for decades for academies, brands and distributors across Europe and the US.
A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gi lives or dies on its weave, stitching and fit. We produce the full range in-house, so you get the exact fabric weight and construction your market wants, from ultra-light competition kimonos to heavy, tournament-durable builds. Every gi is cut and sewn on our own floor, then quality-checked before it ships under your brand.
Running an academy? See branded gis for academies and trainers. Stocking a shop? See wholesale for retailers and resellers.

Fabric & Finish
A gi is only as good as the cotton it starts with, and how it's finished. Ours is built to stay soft, hold its colour and keep its size.

Construction
Make It Yours
Your brand on every panel. We handle the details that make a gi look like a premium product rather than a blank.
Send Your Logo As Vector Artwork. An SVG, AI or vector PDF is what our design team wants, because it scales to any placement and turns cleanly into embroidery and sublimation files. A JPG or PNG is still usable, but we redraw it as vector first, which adds a step before you see your mockup. If your logo is an idea rather than a file yet, tell us at the start: that is design work, and it has to happen before a gi can be quoted properly.
A Gi For Every Athlete
The right weave and weight for whoever actually wears it, spec'd on our own factory floor rather than left to a one-size guess.
Light 350 GSM pearl jackets with 230 GSM twill pants: tough for daily training, light enough for young grapplers.
400 GSM pearl in a true women's cut, never a shrunk men's pattern, with lighter ripstop or twill pants.
450 GSM pearl with Diamond Ripstop, built IBJJF-legal and weigh-in friendly for the podium.
Premium gold weave for presence and authority, the gi that looks the part at the front of the room.

Timeline & Minimums
We start with a paid pre-production sample so you approve weave, fit and finishing before we run the bulk. A sample is paid for and quoted per item, 100% in advance, plus shipping. If you are planning a production run, ask about our sample retainer, which removes development charges and is credited against your first order. A typical custom order is 4–8 weeks depending on size, complexity and customisation. Need it sooner? Our 15-working-day rush service covers time-critical orders on prior approval, with some limits on custom modifications.
Minimums are 50 pieces for academies and clubs, and 200 pieces or more for brands, private label and retailers. That is 50 or 200 across your whole order, not per size, so you can mix sizes and colours freely. We do not produce single pieces. The one thing you can order before a full run is the paid sample above. Message us on WhatsApp for pricing and details.
Payment terms are the same for every buyer. A production order is 50% in advance and 50% when the goods are ready, which is on ready rather than on shipping, so you see packing photos of your finished order before the balance is due. Samples are the exception and are paid 100% in advance, as above.
Gi Questions
We make pearl weave in 350, 400 and 450 GSM, the all-round standard for competition and daily training: light, durable and IBJJF-friendly. Our Classic Gold weave (500–550 GSM) is available on request for a premium, heavier feel. Trousers come in cotton-blend twill, ripstop and our custom Diamond Ripstop. We'll help you pick the right weight for your market.
Yes. Private label is our core business. We produce gis with your logos, woven and embroidered patches, contrast stitching, custom internal and external labels, colours and packaging.
A full range of adult sizes (A0 to A6), women's cuts and kids' sizes, with multiple size charts to choose from. Custom size runs are available for your market.

Yes. We build to the official IBJJF manufacturer specification on request: an embossed pearl-weave jacket (380–650 GSM), twill or ripstop trousers (220–300 GSM), a collar 1–1.3 cm thick and 4.5–5 cm wide, and approved colours (white, royal blue, not navy, or black, matched and solid). Note that an official "IBJJF Approved" listing is a separate registration a brand applies for with the IBJJF; we make your gi fully legal to the spec so it passes inspection. See our full IBJJF checklist.
Jacket 380–650 GSM, trousers 220–300 GSM, in white, royal blue (not navy) or black, matched and one solid colour. Our 400/450 pearl and gold weaves sit in the legal band; 350 GSM is a lighter training weight, just under the 380 competition minimum.
Vector is what we want: an SVG, AI or vector PDF of your logo scales to any placement and turns cleanly into embroidery and sublimation files. A JPG or PNG is still usable, but we redraw it as vector first, which adds a step before you see your mockup. If your logo has not been designed yet, say so at the start, because that is design work and it has to happen before a gi can be quoted properly.

As a guide, adult gis run from $18 to $80 depending on specification. What moves the number is fabric weight and weave, colour, how much embroidery and how many patches, your own woven labels, and packaging. That is USD per piece on a production run before shipping, and it is indicative until we have seen your artwork, because the final figure is set once artwork is approved. Rashguards, belts and shorts are quoted separately.
No, and it is worth explaining why rather than simply saying no. Think of a suit. A good one off the peg is about $150. The same suit cut to your measurements, in cloth you chose, is nearer $2,000. Both are suits. They are not the same purchase, and no tailor makes a single jacket at off-the-peg prices. We are the tailor, not the shop. Everything that leaves this floor is cut for one academy or one brand, from their artwork, with their labels sewn in, in a run of at least 50 pieces. For one gi to train in, a BJJ retailer in your own country is genuinely the right place and it will cost you less than we could ever make a single piece for. If your academy has team kit, or wants it, the person who can order it is whoever runs the academy, and we would be glad to talk to them.
Ripstop is fine for the trousers, but the jacket must be a woven pearl (or gold) weave; twill and canvas jackets aren't accepted. A pearl-weave jacket with ripstop or Diamond Ripstop trousers is competition-legal.
