No-gi apparel takes a beating, and ours is engineered for it: a 200–240 GSM 4-way-stretch performance fabric, breathable and durable, chosen specifically for BJJ academies and competitors. It moves with the athlete, holds full-colour sublimation without cracking, and is finished with reinforced stitching that survives round after round. Every piece is cut and sewn on our own floor and shipped under your brand.

We start with a pre-production sample so you approve fabric, print and fit before the bulk run. A typical custom order is 4–8 weeks depending on complexity and customisation, with a 15-working-day rush service for time-critical orders.

Yes. We produce full all-over sublimation, so your logos, artwork and academy or brand designs print edge to edge in full colour. We also do woven and rubber patches, and custom labels.

Yes. Grappling and fight shorts with built-in inner shorts for a secure, highly manoeuvrable fit, plus compression spats. Different lengths and styles are available, all with reinforced stitching.

For no-gi, the IBJJF allows these uniform colours: white, blue, purple, brown and black. We produce your rashguards, spats and shorts in these approved colours for competition, and in any colour for training or non-IBJJF use.

Yes. We build to the IBJJF no-gi uniform requirements on request: the approved colours above, proper coverage and fit, so your athletes compete in your brand. Some events also require the rashguard to reflect the athlete's rank, which we can build in. Note that an official "IBJJF Approved" listing is a separate registration a brand holds with the IBJJF; we make your gear fully legal to the spec. See our IBJJF checklist.
