An academy order shouldn't feel like a gamble with the club's money. You approve the design, then a sample, and you see packing photos or a short video before anything ships. Your members' gear arrives the way you signed it off.

Fair Payment Terms

50% to Start, 50% When It's Ready

For new clients, our terms are balanced both ways: 50% to begin production, and the remaining 50% once your order is finished and you've seen the packing photos or video. Your money and your goods move together, the way a fair partnership should work.

Samples run the other way round, and it is worth knowing before you ask: a pre-production sample is paid 100% in advance and quoted per item, because it is one-off development work rather than a production run.

Our minimum for an academy or club order is 50 pieces, and it is firm. That is 50 across the whole order, not per size, with at least 10 pieces of each size and colour, so adult, women's and kids' sizes can share one order in up to five combinations. First orders are welcome at that size, and you can reorder as your membership grows.
