There is one form on this website, the catalogue request, and it is the only place we ask you for anything. We sell nothing directly here and we take no payments, so this policy is short.
Who We Are

The Catalogue Request Form
When you request our catalogue we ask who you are buying for, which products interest you, rough quantities and timelines, plus your name and either an email address or a WhatsApp number. If you are buying for a brand, academy or shop you can also give us that name, though it is optional. We use these details to prepare your personal catalogue link and to respond to your enquiry. This processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, which is Article 6(1)(b) of the UK and EU GDPR.
Alongside your answers we record the point on the site you came from, any advertising reference in the link you arrived on, your Google Analytics identifier for this browser, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash lets us stop the form being flooded with automated submissions. We do not keep your IP address itself.
These details are stored in a database on the hosting that runs this website, and a notification is emailed to the owner so he can reply to you personally. The catalogue link we send you is personal to you, is not listed anywhere on this site or in search engines, and stops working after 30 days.
You never have to use the form. If you would rather not fill anything in, message us on WhatsApp and the owner will send you the catalogue directly.
Marketing, Only If You Ask For It
We only send product news and offers if you tick the separate consent box on the form, and we record the moment you ticked it. Ticking it is never a condition of getting the catalogue. You can opt out at any time by emailing leads@bjjuniforms.com or replying STOP on WhatsApp.
How Long We Keep Your Details
We keep an enquiry for up to 24 months, and we clear out anything older than that in an annual purge each January. If your enquiry becomes an order, the order records we need for the business relationship are kept for as long as that relationship requires.
Asking Us to Correct or Delete Your Details
Email leads@bjjuniforms.com and tell us what you want changed or removed, and we will do it. You are also welcome to ask us for a copy of what we hold about you. If you message the owner on WhatsApp instead, that reaches us just as well.
